O Emelie Lundquist

Emelie was born in Stockholm, Sweden in 1985 and has just completed the bachelor program in industrial design at the Institute of Design in Umeå, Sweden. She also studied design at HEAD in Geneva, Switzerland for one semester and the next step is to study for a Masters in ECAL in Lausanne, Switzerland. She also worked as an intern at FRONT design and at J.Lindeberg in Stockholm and last year she won a design competition organized by the Museum of Architecture in Stockholm and Kasthall. She gets her inspiration from things she finds interesting and beautiful; the ocean and nature, distinct colors and shapes, fashion, architecture and people.

Jag föddes i Stockholm 1985. Jag har precis avslutat min kandidat i industridesign vid Designhögskolan i Umeå, Sverige. Jag har också studerat design på HEAD i Genève, Schweiz under en termin och nästa steg är att läsa min master utbildning på ECAL i Lausanne, Schweiz.
Jag har gjort praktik på Front design och på j.Lindeberg i Stockholm och vann förra året en designtävling som anordnades av Arkitekturmuseet i Stockholm och Kasthall.
Jag får inspiration från saker jag tycker är intressanta och vackra; havet och naturen, klara färger och former, mode, arkitektur och människor.
